Installing RingCentral App for Phone access through Computer

1. Sign in to Cardinal Apps
2. Click on the Ring Central App
3. On the Tools drop-down click on App Gallery
4. Click on the Ring Central App

5. Click on the option in the blue drop-down that

matches your Computer Operating System.

6. Click on download to install.

7. Click on Single Sign-On

8. Enter your email address

9. Enter your Cardinal Apps Credentials

10. If an Orange Bar appears, Click Confirm Address.

11. Click Confirm

12. Click on File > Preferences

13. Ensure that the option for Phone Calls is turned on
