Create a UIW Visible Body Suite Account

The Visible Body Suite offers a wide collection of over 24,000 visual assets through its suite of applications. This includes 3D gross anatomy models for both males and females, micro-anatomy models, moving muscle action models, physiology animations, biology models, pathology visualizations, illustrations, and cadaver images with CT or MRI scans. UIW personnel can access these apps at no cost, but they need to have a UIW Visible Body Suite account. Here are a few things to keep in mind while using the Visible Body Suite at UIW:

Your account only needs to be created once.
You must create your Visible Body account through the dedicated UIW Visible Body Suite portal in this guide or on the HPS library sites. Using a link found by searching Google will not grant you no-cost access to Visible Body.
You should use the dedicated UIW Visible Body Suite portal to log in to your account.

To create a Visible Body Suite account:

Launch the UIW Visible Body Suite portal.
- If prompted, sign in with your Cardinal Apps email and password.
Click "Don't have an account? Sign up"
Enter your information. Make sure to use your UIW email address.
Click Sign Up.

Step 1: Open the UIW Visible Body Portal

Open the dedicated UIW Visible Body Suite portal. When creating your Visible Body account, you must use this portal. Please note:

If you don't use our link, you will be prompted to pay for the service.
The portal is only for UIW personnel, so you may be prompted to log in with your Cardinal Apps email and password.
It's recommended you bookmark the link.
You may use this link to access Visible Body from anywhere.

Step 2: Sign Up

Underneath the Sign in with Google option, select "Don't have an Account? Sign Up" to start the account creation process.

Step 3: Enter Account Details

Fill in your account information. Make sure to use your UIW email address on this page while creating an account. When you're ready, select Sign Up to proceed.

Step 4: Proceed to the Visible Body Suite

If there were no issues with your chosen password or account creation, you'll see a "Thank you for choosing Visible Body" page. Select the "Go to Web Suite" button to enter the VB portal for the first time.

If you don't see a confirmation page and are asked to subscribe, pictured below, you may not have used the UIW link in Step 1. Make sure to use the UIW Visible Body Suite portal link to create your account.

Do I have to be on a UIW campus to use Visible Body?

No. If you use the web version, you must use the dedicated UIW Visible Body Suite portal to create your account. After account creation, you can log in successfully. If you use the mobile version, you can use the Visible Body Suite from anywhere if you are signed in with your UIW account.

I'm seeing an "Oops, something went wrong" error.

If you go a few months without logging in on a UIW network or through our UIW Visible Body link, your account will need to be re-verified. Try to use the dedicated UIW Visible Body Suite portal to log in and verify your email for another while.
