Support & FAQ
How does the ACCESS Program work at UIW?
The textbook system at UIW works as follows:
- Instructors receive guidance from the textbook company via email, including support contact info to assist with setting up the textbook in Canvas.
- Students receive details about their course materials through their UIW email. They get access once the instructor has followed the provided instructions and resolved any issues with the textbook company.
I opened the BryteWave menu and my book is missing. What do I do?
If you try to open the BryteWave tool and you receive an error or the book isn't on your shelf, there is a chance it hasn't been provisioned to you. Please, work with the UIW Bookstore to get a copy of the book provisioned to your course. The bookstore will also coordinate the provisioning of your eBook for your students.
