Step 2
Click on the button in the bottom right area of the Collection tile you'd like to share, and select the 'Share' option in the dropdown menu.

You'll find yourself on the Collection's permission (membership) page. Find the toggle under the 'Auto-Enroll Link' area and click on it to enable the sharing link.
Step 4
Click on the 'Copy' button to receive the link to your entire collection of videos! Paste this link wherever you'd like to share the content to.
This 'Auto-enroll' link will give viewing-only (reviewer) permissions to any UIW member who clicks on it so you don't have to worry about assigning permissions manually.

Step 3
Find and click on the 'Member' button on the right side of the page.
Step 4
You'll get a pop-up that will ask you to add members* (people whom have permissions to view your collection). Type in names or email addresses and select the names that populate.**
*Only one member can be added at a time.
**You must have a populated name selected or the 'Add Member' button will not work. If you do not see a person's name populate after typing in their name and/or UIW email, then they need to provision their Echo account by clicking on the Echo360 tile in their Canvas course menu.
Step 5
Once you have a member selected, choose the permission level you'd like to assign that member. There are pre-made permission levels* that explain and show what they allow once selected (see GIF pictured left). The permission levels are...
-
Contributor - Can create & share media into the collection
-
Manager - Can have complete control and manage members and link
-
Editor - Can update media in collection
-
Collaborator - Can make media available to students
-
Reviewer - Cannot manage anything and can only watch content (ideal for students)
-
Custom - Set unique permissions based on the 7 parameters listed.
Click on the blue 'Add Member' button in the bottom right when you're finished assigning permissions.
Finished!
You'll see that member populate on the membership list. You may use thebutton next to a member's name to edit their permissions. Additionally, you may use the icon to revoke the user's permissions entirely and remove them from the collection.
