How to accept an Echo360 invitation and access course content outside of Canvas
This guide is intended for UIW personnel who have been manually added to an Echo360 section by their instructor, outside of Canvas. Please follow one of the two scenarios below. They are based off of the title of the invitation email you receive.
If you receive an email titled "You have been added to a new Section"...

Find the email titled 'You have been added to a new Section' from donotreply@echo360.org. Click on the 'Go to Course' button to access your content.

If you received an email titled "You have been invited to create an Echo360 account"...

Step 1
Find the email titled 'You have been invited to create an Echo360 account' and click on the 'Complete Registration' button within.
***This email will come from donotreply@echo360.org
Step 2
Complete the form and click on the 'Create Account' button when finished. For specific details, see matching details below.
- First name
- Last name
- Password - This can be anything but must match the rules the page gives you.
- Confirm password - Type in your password again
- Phone number - NOT REQUIRED. Optional
- Create Account button - Click when finished
Step 3
Once you're in the Echo360 dashboard, click on the 'Courses' tab in the upper left.
Step 4
Within this tab, you'll find every course that you're added to. Click on whichever course you'd like to view content for.
If you do not see your desired course in this area, contact your instructor.
From this point forward, you may login to Echo360 with your UIW email at https://login.echo360.org/login to access class content. For convenience, it's recommended you bookmark the site either in your browser or via your Cardinal Apps dashboard.
