Viewing EchoVideo Content Without Canvas
Note: Your access to the EchoVideo portal will be limited to the sections or courses in which you are officially enrolled.
If you're unable to access recorded lectures, playlists, or shared EchoVideo content through Canvas, don't worry. You can directly access all EchoVideo content via the EchoVideo portal. To access EchoVideo content directly:
- Open the EchoVideo portal.
- Enter your @uiwtx.edu or @student.uiwtx.edu email and select "Sign In"
- If prompted, log in through Cardinal Apps to proceed.
- Select Library or Courses to view content.

Library: Content within this tab is only visible to you unless shared otherwise.

Courses: Content within this tab belongs to the courses you've been enrolled in. If you're trying to view course content such as lectures or live streams, choose this option.

Step 1
Open the EchoVideo log-in portal: https://login.echo360.org/login
Step 2
Enter your UIW email address and sign in. You may be prompted to log in to Cardinal Apps; use your UIW email and password to continue.
Note: If you receive a notice stating "That email does not exist or is not currently active", contact your instructor.
Step 3
Within the portal, you can view content by selecting one of the presented options and selecting media from within.

Courses: Content within this tab belongs to the courses you've been enrolled in. If you're trying to view course content such as lectures or live streams, choose this option.

Collections: These are groups of videos that may have been shared with you by an individual, not to be confused with course videos.
FAQ
When I open a course, how do I view media?
Within the Courses tab, you can open any course you've been enrolled in. In the course, you can view a video by locating the Media Icon to the right of the video title and publishing date. Learn more about viewing classroom content and the video player controls here.
