Edpuzzle Account FAQ
Does my Edpuzzle account expire?Yes. After 18 months of inactivity, Edpuzzle will delete your Edpuzzle account, and you will lose access to your lessons, projects, and videos. We recommend logging into your Edpuzzle account occasionally to prevent this, as Edpuzzle does not send deletion notifications.
Can I share content with colleagues?Yes. However, the content owner must continue to sign in every year to prevent deletion of that content. If the owner leaves this university, shared content will be deleted after the 18 months of inactivity as previous employees will not retain access to their accounts.
