A Personal Booking page allows you to manage your appointment timeslots and share your availability with others. You can create different types of meetings and share the link with anyone to schedule a convenient time and eliminate the back-and-forth frustration.

Personal Bookings pages are available to full-time employees and full-time students at UIW.
- Bookings pages can be managed and accessed from Cardinal Apps or from book.ms directly.
- It is a web application; there are no downloadable apps, and it requires an internet connection.
- The UIW Help Desk provides tech support.

- Tailor your Booking page with various meeting "types" to let all parties understand what they're meeting for.
- You can select the availability for the different types of meetings you offer.
- Use the "Add to my signature" feature to append your Personal Booking page to your email signatures.

Do people need to have a UIW email or Microsoft account to schedule time with me?
No. Anyone or any attendee can schedule time with you using your Personal Booking page, even if they don't have a Microsoft account. If the user is signed in, Bookings will automatically capture their email. Otherwise, they cannot book without entering an email address. If you need to restrict appointments to UIW-only, consider creating a Shared Booking page.
Can people select where to meet, online or in person, for a booking?
No. Each meeting type either has an online meeting link or doesn't. There's no way to let people choose. A common workaround is to designate the online aspect in the name of the meeting. For example. If you have office hours available in person and online, you might create two meeting types named: "Office Hours (In-person)" & "Office Hours (Online)" with the online option having the Teams meeting switch turned on.
Can I set automated reminders for my appointments?
Yes, Personal Bookings can send automated email reminders to you and your attendees before the scheduled appointment. This helps ensure that both parties are reminded of the upcoming meeting, reducing the likelihood of missed appointments.
Who can access my public Bookings page?
Anyone with your Personal Booking page link can access public meeting types. You decide who you share your page link with.
What is the difference between public and private meeting types?
Meeting types can be public or private. Public meeting types are available to anyone with whom you share your Bookings page link. Private meeting types are only available to people with whom you share the individual private meeting type. Private meeting types can also generate single-use links.
