Edpuzzle Overview
Edpuzzle is a web app that makes video learning interactive and trackable for higher education. Faculty can assign videos from sources like YouTube or upload their own, then embed quiz questions, prompts, and voiceovers directly into the video. Students must respond to these elements before continuing, turning passive viewing into an active learning experience that supports engagement and accountability.

- You must visit edpuzzle.com to create your own account with your UIW email.
- When you create an Edpuzzle assignment in Canvas, add detailed instructions for your students so they know your expectations for how they must participate
- Rubrics are effective tools for grading with Edpuzzle to explain how usage activity will translate to a grade.
- If you are using a Rubric with your Canvas Assignment, be certain to select the correct one. You cannot remove or edit the Rubric after it is added. If you make a mistake adding a Rubric, delete the Assignment and start over.
