LockDown Browser Froze During a Test
LockDown Browser may “freeze” if:
- Other apps are open in the background
- A quiz link is broken
- (Most often) WiFi is weak, or the network is overloaded
To fix the issue, try:
- Use a wired connection if possible
- Restart your computer or router
- Close all other programs before starting the exam
