Practice Makes Perfect: Encourage students to take practice quizzes! You can direct them to the Learning with Canvas course practice quizzes; it's recommended that the instructor create their own practice quiz so that students can experience the quiz with your preferred RLDB settings. This helps students get familiar with LockDown Browser and allows technical support agents to work with students if needed, reducing test anxiety.
Setting Clear Expectations: Students can't tell the difference between Classic Quizzes and New Quizzes. Only instructors can, since they have different interfaces, ensure your course instructions tell students which guide to follow the correct process to set expectations accurately.
