FAQ

Can I share files stored in OneDrive?
Yes, you can share files or folders by sending a "sharing link". You can choose whether the recipients can edit or only view the files.
How do I recover deleted files from OneDrive?
Deleted files are moved to the OneDrive recycle bin, where they can be recovered within 30 days. After that, they are permanently deleted.
Can I collaborate on files in real-time?
Yes, OneDrive supports real-time collaboration on documents with multiple people using Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
What file types can I store on OneDrive?
You can store virtually any file type on OneDrive, including documents, videos, photos, PDFs, and more, as long as individual files don’t exceed 250 GB. Some file types might be limited by UIW IT.
How secure are my files in OneDrive?

What should I do if I can't sync OneDrive?
